NBN 50 very slow

My NBN 50 speed has been 10mbs I usually get around 43mbs been like that for a month now.

Thanks for raising this to us, I'd like to confirm if you have tried runninig a speed test using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable for comparative testing purposes.

In the event that the speed test using devices connected via LAN/Ethernet cable is are getting passing speed, it probably caused by Wireless Interference, here are some articles that you may find helpful.

It was a wireless test did another test on my PC got 197mbs but doesn't seem to get the normal wireless speeds anymore.

Hi @Kylermee

If you are able to receive a 197 Mbps via LAN/Ethernet connection, then it means that the modem/router is getting a good connection speed.

Are you using the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Have you tried the instructions given in the articles to improve your home WiFi network?
