Hi,
We had last night a bad lighting storm and our power went out for a few seconds and afterwards we had no NBN anymore.
I checked for TPG & NBN Outages at our address, but there are none.
At the beginning all the lights of the NBN HFC Connection Box still came on, but our Router wouldn't show any Internet / WAN Connection anymore and I tried our previous modem and had the same results, so I went to bed and wanted to sort it out today after work.
But when I just checked, I saw that the NBN HFC Connection Box is now completely dead.
How can we get a replacement ?
