NBN HFC Modem replacement.

Hi All,

My Modem looks like it is working (lights are on, TPG says it's fine) but there is no connection to the router.

The router isn't the issue.

I suspect the port on the moden has failed.

How do I get a replacement?

Hi @james1a, are you connecting to the router via LAN cable and not getting any internet access? Is it the same when connected via wifi?

 

Try other ports or use another cable if you have a spare one. See if a factory reset helps. Otherwise, send us a private message and we can look into this further.
