NBN HTC AC2100 Setup

Hi,
I’m trying to set up a BYO router for a new NBN HTC connection. NBN box has all solid green lights.
New router is a D-Link DIR-2150 AC2100.
I’ve Input the settings as per the install guidelines on TPG website.
Trying to login but keeps giving me PPPoE username/password invalid (I’ve confirmed several times they are correct)
Any one shed some light please? I’m about 1 hour away from cancelling my connection with TPG and going with literally anyone else

Are you under the NBN bundled with VoIP plan or NBN data only plan?

HFC data only plan I believe

For anyone who is in the same situation.
VLAN needs to be disabled for data only HFC NBN BYO router setup. Not sure why this isnt stipulated on the TPG website as it seems pretty straightforward and the setup tells you the exact opposite and the setup gives you a incorrect username/password error. Hopefully this helps someone else
