NBN box not detecting modem - connection issue

Hi, we have NBN FTTC and until this afternoon it has been working fine but now it is not detecting the modem. All lights are on the NBN Box, though there are some flashing lights on the router modem. There doesn't look to be any reported outages or maintenance in our area right now - can anyone please help.

Since your service is not affected by an outage, then we may need to run a line test to confirm if there's any fault affecting it.
