We're moving into an apartment that has FTTP and the NBN box was already installed. I've set up my TPG account and installed the modem; everything seems to be working well.
But the cover of the NBN box is missing (it wasn't there when we got the keys, but I didn't realise until just lately; I guess the previous occupants must have removed or broken it).
I'm concerned that the box is not covered, the insides are exposed (it's easily accessible to children), and also it doesn't look great.
What do I have to do to get a new cover?
