NBN connection box flashing red light after storm

A severe thunderstorm came through this morning and NBN connection went out. The connection light on the NBN connection is flashing red. It goes blue when trying to connect and then goes red. There is a clicking sound as well. Checked with neighbours and they have internet connection.
