NBN connection box

Good morning.
My NBN connection box is faulty. I've called support and they've referred to a technician. I work from home and need it ASAP.
Is there any way to escalate?

If you're on NBN, we can send a request to expedite an appointment however there's no guarantee as most ISPs also rely on NBN Co ti provide NBN services. Therefore, we are subjected to their connection timeframe as well as scheduling.
