Hello,
SOLVED by chat support.
I had a NBN connection box installed on my premises last week and have not received a modem to connect to it. I am currently without internet because our plan has changed to NBN but we have no way to connect to it. My partner and I are both working from home so we need internet connection desperately.
I have tried contacting customer support yesterday and today but have not been able to connect to anyone. I have also been in contact with customer support multiple times over the past week and nothing has happened. I was told our modem is scheduled to be picked up from a warehouse and we would be notified if the warehouse was open. I have not received any message and need to organise to pick up the NBN modem ASAP.
