Today, I got $74.99 plan for my house address 18 cradle mountain drive, craigieburn 3064.
I have wifi modem whose number is UC-331-3G. I talked to one of your customer service agent and I told him this modem number and told me that you don’t need to buy a modem and your previous modem will work. Now, I got message that your installation has been done but I can find my modem to in set-up instructions by clicking on the link i got. Can you please check is this modem will work or not.

Hi, 

We've received your email and determined that this is not a modem but an alarm device. You will have to purchase a modem that is NBN compatible.

Yesterday, your customer service team member told that this a modem. I told him name and modem number and he said yes this is modem. Why he told like this. I am getting the better options with other like free modem with data plan. Why he gave the false information if he don’t know. This is wrong. Now I need to buy a modem and pay for data plan.
