My NBN modem is not working. Of the four lights that normally appear, the "on" light us blue, the next one is red and the other two are missing. This will be the third time I've needed someone to come out to fix the NBN. I have checked and there is no local outage. Not sure what info you need but my address is Yowie Bay NSW
