Hi guys I ordered ADSL with lune rental and got NBN instead.
Then there’s no connection, all I get is red light.
TPG failed to resolve this since July 14th.
Any suggestions what to do?

I can see that you've been in touch with our Help Desk team. This case has been escalated to our Engineering team and has arranged for an NBN technician has been booked on Wednesday, 25 July 2018, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.


Their technicians advise of a possible need for entry to the premises to complete the checks. This means we require you or a person over 18 years of age to be home for the appointment.
