My name is Ivica
In the last days, my NBN is not doing well. Stop every 57 seconds, and after 10 seconds continue. Please reset it, and if it can not be resolved, I will have to interrupt you, and I'm with TPG for more than 15 years.
I do not speak English well, so it's easier for me.
Please fix it.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test.

We weren't able to detect any fault on the NBN network and can see that the internet seems to be stable for almost 2 days now.

 

Are you connected via a WiFi connection or a Wired connection? If you are on a WiFi connection, you may check this link for instructions on how to improve it.

 

If it's still dropping, I'll arrange a call from our Tech team to look into it further. Just shoot me a private message of your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
