NDC not provided

Received modem and awaiting activation text however, never received NDC and by the looks from the community page a lot of others have had the same issue in the past.

Hi @Simonfay100, we have located the account using your community details.


As per checking, your address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 34, which means that it's NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) serviceable and all equipment must have been installed, that includes the NBN connection box/NCD.


If you can't find the NCD, we'll coordinate this with our Provisioning Team and a case manager will contact you to discuss whether we'll send a new NCD or book an NBN technician to install it.
