NO Internet 2 days

I have had no NBN internet for 2 days through TPG.
I have did all the checks required and still no results.
Was in the phone waiting for over 30 mins, NO answer.
I’m so angry that I’m about to give TPG the flick, bad service!

Before performing any troubleshooting, we advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage.

 

If not, please send us a private message with your account details and work on restoring the service ASAP.
