We are scheduled for installation tomorrow 4/7.
i recd a txt today to watch the installation video which says we should have received an NDC with our modem.
We didn't receive a NDC and were not aware we should have until just watching the video.
So what happens now?

If you havent received the NCD, it may possible the technnician will bring one to set it up.
If you can PM your CID or username I could find out what is going to happen
