Nbn 50 only 1 Mbps download

Hi, just got my internet back online after a few days dead nbn tech reconnect the cable and start working again. But speed only been getting 1 Mbps . Please help TPG app is useless tried to submit a message keeps saying no username there is no username field on the app.
