Hi, for the past week my nbn TPG service drops every few minutes. With possibility of the issue being with the router I purchased a new TP-Link router and made no difference. My brother had a similar issue which lasted almost 2 months until a tech decides to swap out the nbn modem and the problem was solved and still working perfectly. I have logged a number of calls with TPG who just test the service and close the case. Other than changing to another nbn provider anyone have any ideas?? I’m certain it’s not related to cabling within the house or router.
