Need a replacement modem/router

Hi there,
Our NBN stopped working after a storm last week, and the NBN technician who was sent out told us the modem must have been damaged from a lightning strike.
I believe our TPG modem is out of warranty, and we need a new one sent ASAP please as I rely on this connection for work.
Unfortunately the person I was speaking to on customer service hung up on me so I am trying here in the forum instead.
I tried to PM one of the mods here but couldn’t find the function to be able to send a private message.
