Need new NBN black box

Hi TPG team,

I have tried to contact and get help on my ongoing problem.

Lose the Internet connection every once a week. Have changed new data cable and new modem. It seems the problem comes from the NBN black Box. Once the problem occurs remote access from TPG site is not possible.

Please help to fix.

Hi. I think your best bet would be to lodge on online fault report with TPG on their website. Its likely they will want to send one of their own techs to determine if the problem is on their side of things or the NBN's. If it is an NBN problem then they will be able to esculate the problem to them.
