New Modem

Can somebody please contact me on how to receive a new modem, my one at the moment has developed black spots!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it shows that your modem/router is already out of warranty.

You have the option to purchase a third party modem/router, but the phone service will not work. You may also purchase a new modem/router with TPG, which will be for $99.95 + $10 shipping fee.
