New modem required?

Have just upgraded from FTTN to FTTP, should I have upgraded modem? I haven’t noticed the speed to be quicker and it seems no different

If your current modem works, modem upgrade is not really necessary. Did you upgrade your speed plan as well? Send us a private message and we'll pull up your account.
