No NBN connection for 9 days

Since the storms my NBN box has not been working for 9 days now. I have lodged 3 faults with TPG which keep getting marked as resolved. I have not been contacted the the alleged engineers. I have no internet connection at home and am having to spend money using my mobile data as a hot spot. How do you plan to resolve this matter? Maybe I need to change provider if you can't fix this?
