No NBN internet connection

I had no trouble connecting to the internet until about 8:30pm. Followed all the troubleshooting recommendations but still didn't work. NBN box/wifi modem light is green but we still can't connect.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that your service has been restored.


Your connection was affected by an NBN network outage, which is still on-going but their technician was able to restored 3 out of the 4 legs coming off the node, however, spare parts are required to restore the fourth leg. The technician will return to the site to continue working once the spare parts arrived.


Expect service disruption, while the issue is still not resolved.
