No internet

I already tried hard reset twice this afternoon and still there is no internet connection. Both dal and internet lights are off.

We understand that you were able to reach our Tech team yesterday and was advised that the service was affected by a network outage.

 

We were advised that the issue was fixed and can detect that the service is restored.
