Get online support
Last night I lost internet connection after midnight and saw on the NBN website that there was a planned outage in my area between 12:00am-6am. However, now that it has been almost 18 hours since the planned outage has ended, I still have no internet.
Ever since the outage, my FTTC NBN box has been making a clicking noise and the second light from the right has been flashing red, while the two lights on the left do not even come up. How do I get in contact with someone from TPG to fix this?
