No internet connection

Just had a power outage for 1 min.
Modem came back on, DSL keeps flashing. Checked nbn for outages at my address , no outage. Turned modem off for 1minute turned back on after 30mins DSL light still flashing!
Why?
Help?

If the service is not affected by an outage and it's still not working, there might be a fault within the NBN line.
