If your area or location is not affected by a planned or unplanned network outage, then you may proceed with troubleshooting the internet issue. We've created an online guide that you may check. It is available here.
We were able to locate your account using your community details and found a possible fault within the NBN network that caused the internet issue. We've escalated the case to our Engineering team for further investigation and an assigned Engineer will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours once an update becomes available.
