No internet signal

I have had bad internet for the past week and decided to reset the router. Even though the wan port is plugged in, it is not detecting any internet or connection and I can’t access any internet even via the Ethernet cable

If you pressed the reset button, you have to set your TPG username and password back in the router in the Internet section for PPPoE connection.
