No internet

Have wireless broadband. No 4g Signal, no internet since the storm. Rang tpg and they couldn’t tell me if it was mobile tower issue or anything. Try reset they said, which I had I had already done. Been off all weekend. Tpg said they’d message me today and let me know what’s going on. Nothing. Still Charing me $55 but no internet and no explanation
