No internet

Our internet has dropped out at 7:10pm - we cannot seen any NBN outage notices for Sydney, NSW. Please advise if there is NBN issue in Sydney and when will it be back up and running.

We advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage here: How to Check for NBN Network Outage and TPG service status.

If not affected by an outage, please send your TPG username or customer ID number via private message  to assist you accordingly.
