I have no internet, it keeps dropping out.
The below pic is of the modem after I switched off & on again.
I called but a message said they were busy and to call back.
Very frustrating.

@FTay . That's a fault in the network that TPG have to check.

You could post back here a bit of the System Log before and after the time the DSL goes off.

Hi @FTay . DSL light is on so you must be FTTB or FTTN connection. Internet light is on so router has connected to TPG. The 2 wifi lights are off. Are they disabled in the router admin or has the wifi switch (left hand button on top edge of router) turned them off?

When the internet drops off, what happens to the lights?

Are you using an ethernet computer or just wifi device?

Hi, thanks for the response.
I did press the top left WiFi button, so that came back on.
When the wifi drops out, the DSL light goes out.
Just wifi, no ethernet computer connection.

Ok, I'll try calling again.
Not sure how to get the system logs though.
Thanks for the help.

@FTay . To get the System Log.

Go to Advanced, System Tools, System Log. Click Save Log. Log is saved on your device as text file, probably in Downloads directory.

Open the file, select the appropriate part, copy to clipboard, then paste it as text into your new post. Indicate that the DSL light goes off.
