I have had no internet all morning, what's going on? No one is answering the phone & your website offers no support or customer service, rubbish

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and was able to detect that the internet is already working.

 

Apparently, there was an outage within the NBN network which affected the service yesterday morning. It was resolved by NBN Co with the help of their NBN field services.
