No internet

No home internet for a week today. Have submitted many tickets just to be told the issue is fixed a few hours later via text message. Finally got a technician booked just for them to not show up because apparently nothing is wrong with my internet.
Am sick of jumping through hoops and being put on hold for hours on end. Please provide adequate support to your paying customers. As if I’ll be made to pay for a service that doesn’t work.
