No ncd at my new rental

Hi.
It says if I don't have an NCD at my property, one will get sent out.
I don't have one .. and not sure if it is getting sent out. All I keep getting is the sms:

Action Required: TPG is unable to activate your NBN service as your modem is not connected. Please connect your modem ASAP. Instructions: link.tpg.com.au/EDKjOZ

I bought a D-Link Smart Mesh AX5400 Wi-Fi 6 Router. Just waiting on an NBN box.
