Get online support
I just set up a phone service with TPG yesterday. The mobile data and text work, but I can't make phone calls! please help. I can't find anywhere on the TPG site to communicate with them via email, and I can't use my phone!

If this is a ported number, outgoing calls will not work unless porting is completed.
If this isn't the case, send us a private message and we'll bring up your account.
