Old modem for new connection

I have recently set up a new account with TPG and a new modem was dispatched however somewhere along the way the modem has got lost and I am struggling to get in touch with someone to dispatch a new one due to COVID-19. The house that I am in have had TPG internet service before so there is a modem in the house. Is there any way to configure this modem with my new internet service?
