Dear moderator,
I tried to connect to TPG nbn with the supplied credentials using my own Optus modem. Unfortunately it didnt work. Can you please help?

We'd like to check if the modem/router is communicating with the server and to confirm if the correct TPG details is saved on the device.

Is your hardware locked with Optus or no?

 

If no, then you just need to configure the modem/router with PPPoE using your TPG username and password.

 

What type of NBN technology you have? Is it FTTN/B or HFC, FTTP, FTTC?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
