Phone line to house broke

In a storm on Sunday, the lineto our house broke and we have had no connection since.  I have tried the online chat every hour since sunday monring and its always busy.  Can anyone please give me some advice-I am trying to operate a home business and its so bloody frustrating!

I presume your phone line is in an exposed location.

Are you on ADSL or NBN?

If ADSL, do you have a landline phone service? If so, and there is no dial tone, you might be able to report it to Telstra 132203.

If you can also attach photos of the broken line that would be a great help.
