Port forwarding on HG659 not working

I've been struggling with the huwahei hg8659 not forwarding ports. First I tried to set up 1194 to my syno Nas running VPN server, no dice, then I tried 443 for ssl, still no dice. Is port forwarding blocked?

The port forwarding on the Huawei HG659 is not blocked. You may check this link for the instruction on how to set the port forwarding by JongR.
