Problem logging in modem

I tried to reset the modem and organise it again and tried to access 192.168.1.1 but no matter whichever browser i use, the page wont load. It says connection timed out. i dont know what to do next. 

any suggestion would be great

Are you using a computer connected by cable or wifi device?

If wifi, is it connecting to the router's wifi nework?

What model router is it?
