Hi @geoffmaccue,

Welcome to TPG Community!

We were able to locate your account using your community details.

Is there any error message that you received when trying to use the RDP? Were you able to use RDP before or this is the first time that you've tried to set it up?

We'd like to analyze this further as ports are not blocked on our system.

Kind regards,

Hi @geoffmaccue,

The modem/router's firmware is not causing the RDP not to go through. Have you tried port triggering and Open Remote Desktop port 3389 in Windows firewall?

Since your current connection is using dynamic IP address you may need to engage with 3rd party providers for DDNS.

Let me know should you require further assistance.

Cheers!
