Hi mod, may I know:

(1) For modem "Archer VR1600v v2 00000000", is the firmware "0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n" the latest?

(2) TPG sent me this modem as loan modem, is TPG loan modem usually brand new or used? Thanks!

Hi @efunovasky ,

1. Build 190228 Rel.72265n is the latest firmware for the modem/router we supplied for TPG NBN / TP-Link VR1600.
   
2. The Loan modem that we sent is usually a refurbished equipment, but it depends on the request sometimes we send Brand New Loan Modems for testing purposes.
