it turned out to be problem with the tower/station, which our port is faulty. technician find another port for us and so far things back to normal. hopefully no more issue.

Hi mod, may I know: (1) For modem "Archer VR1600v v2 00000000", is the firmware "0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n" the latest? (2) TPG sent me this modem as loan modem, is TPG loan modem usually brand new or used? Thanks!

We thought problem solved but found out no good at all. Pretty sure there is something to do with downloading. Tried multiple times and confirm whenever download from, ie YouTube, internet dead instantly. We guess it is tpg end tried to limit the download speed but for some reason it cut our connection completely.

Same problem. Mine is even worst, internet dead straightaway when download from YouTube, 500mb. What a joke.

Internet dropped out frequently and it is became worse when we move to higher tier plan. Had tried multiple times when start downloading from YouTube the internet dead straightaway. I guess these is throttle at tpg software end. Brought this issue to tpg and had two different technicians tried to fix the problem through phone, no luck. Had no idea what to do now as almost tried every methods. If it is issue with tpg end to limit my download, well, 500mb video from YouTube, then may be it's time to move to other provider which is more generous.

Hi wish you guys can give me a hand on the following, thanks in advance! Recently just upgraded to nbn50. Internet connection dropped out everytime while doing speed test or downloading. Had tried turned modern on off and reboot modem thru 196.xxxx still won't fixed the issue. Wish to hear from you guys thanks!
