Received modem - no nbn box!

Hi!

I received my modem this week and didn’t receive the nbn box, I tried calling through to order a box but both times I got hung up on. Very frustrating. I work from home and just moved into a new apartment and I need the internet to be able to work. Is there any possible way I could get the nbn box sent out to me ASAP as I’m worried this will affect my job.
