Refund Modem Purchase

Hi there, 


I've recently joined TPG and was told to purchase a modem because I'm on Data Only NBN Plan. 

Out of nowhere after I've sent the email to purchase the modem, my friend gave me a TP-Link AC1200 modem because they dont need it.

I've sent few emails to cancel the modem purchase process but no one in customer service is replying my email or viewing my email. 

TPG has took $109.95 from my account, for modem and shipping, but the modem hasn't got onto my hands. If the refund goes through, do I return the modem back?

Can someone please process a refund back to my bank account? Thank you very much, I've just joined TPG, please don't let me down.
