Our area was affected by one of the many storms that have been happening this week and ended up having our modem fried, being shorted with a terrible burnt smell (TP Link AX1500 VX220-G2V). Haven't been able to get ahold of the TPG phone support and decided to come here to ask for a replacement modem, seeing as we need both the DSL and phone line in our modem which has been hard to find.
