Hello. I currently I have a TP Link Archer VR1600v modem router, supplied by TPG.
About 3 days ago the lan ports on the modem stopped lighting up and working, I have spoken to two different people on here about fixing it and they have said that it is most likely the modem and I should look into getting a replacement.
Was just wondering how I start looking into getting a new one?
TPG supplied modems come with a 12 month warranty. If you have had your modem less than 12 months try going to online chat...https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact and press the customer service button. You should be able to start the proccess of getting a replacement modem from customer support.
