Replacement NBN connection box

Hi,

My NBN Connection box has disconnected from the internet, and I can no longer use the box as the connection light is flashing red and making a clicking sound when on.

From my research, this is what happens when the NBN connection box is faulty and will need to be replaced, is it possible to arrange for this to happen?
