I have plugged in the replacement modem and it gives me a message that it is awaiting automatic configuaration
Do i have ti contact TPG Support?

Hi @darvidis

 

It usually takes a few minutes for the modem/router to connect to the internet as it is preconfigured.

If you are still getting the said message and the service is still not working, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on this further.
